STEP 1. DUE DILIGENCE
We make sure you are in a position to actually buy that specific property. We will discuss the finance and find out if there are any red flags for you before actually starting the negotiation. No point going further if the pricing is not right or the risks are too high.
STEP 2. PREPARING AN OFFER
I'll liaise with your mortgage broker or banker, as well as your conveyancer and anybody else we need to make sure you are in the best position to go in.
STEP 3. NEGOTIATION
With your max price in mind, I'll then start the negotiation, the back and forth. You will always be kept in the know of what is happening. Communication will need to be prompt and efficient to have the best outcome.
STEP 4. EXCHANGE
I will hold your hand up until the unconditional exchange. Once your contract has become unconditional, my job will be done.
